Why Choose Russell Inspection Services

Because Experience Matters – Over 36 years of building/construction experience and 29 years of performing home inspections has led me to create a unique approach to a home inspection that you will find no where else. I call this, “The Whole House As A System Approach

This home inspection process treats your home as a system of integrated systems. In fact: these systems must all work together properly and at peak efficiency to realize the true value and benefits of your home.

A sub-par or failing system will likely have adverse affects elsewhere that may be overlooked or go undetected when these system are inspected individually and at different times. A septic system, for instance, may not appear to be in failure until the entire plumbing system is examined as well as the septic system.

My approach includes a septic evaluation and well testing. Optionally, additional services that I offer- all performed during one, comprehensive onsite appointment.

There is no need to find, schedule, and juggle your schedule around multiple service providers since I am certified, skilled and knowledgeable in multiple areas and can offer you complete and thorough testing and evaluation of all your home’s systems with all results provided in a single document for your convenience. How much is your time worth.

Does my system really save time, money and aggravation? I’ll be happy to show you how it can.

Why Choose Our Method

HOUSE AS A SYSTEM

Your house works as an integrated system, so why should a home inspector inspect your house as separate systems? Having the well, septic, and the home systems examined as a whole reduces the chances of interconnected problems being overlooked by other inspectors.

SEPTIC INSPECTIONS

Your septic system is an integral part of your home and how it operates. I am a certified septic inspector and I provide you with the best information posible and detailing every part of the system possible.

THERMAL IMAGING

Energy loss is bad for the environment – and for your wallet. I am a level 1 thermographer and I can help pinpoint areas of heat loss in your home. My thermal camera also helps me identify leaks and other issues that may have been otherwise not visible.

WELL TESTING

The water you drink is obviously important. We perform a well stress test and water purity testing to ensure you have enough water – and that the quality is suitable.
